Official ECB Kits offers a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed cricket apparel, provided all original tags remain attached. Please note that personalized jerseys with custom names or numbers are non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all official ECB swing tags and holographic stickers are intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the kit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
